Structural work
Roof, foundations, load-bearing walls: these stay with the owner. The exact split is written into the contract.
Periods without a lease
The guarantee follows the lease in force. With no rental contract running, there is no payment: vacancy is not covered.
An engagement, in writing
Nov'Assurance is our guaranteed-rent service. The commitment to pay you the agreed rent is carried by Gabonova and is written into the contract you sign, along with its duration, the payment date and the split of works. This is not insurance and no insurer is involved.
